Our fish & chip van builders pay great attention to detail which is why our vans are built with the superior fry range. The Superior Fry fryer is a traditional mobile fish and chip range, it has a modem and elegant design, with excellent functionality and maintenance features, built onsite in the UK.
Unlike any other available mobile frying ranges, our temperature and thermostat probes are hand wired in place within each pan. Measured to the mm, they give accurate temperature and thermostat readings perfect for maintaining the correct frying temperature.
We found with other ranges on the market the High limit stats were always poorly placed and became very temperamental due to excess heat underneath the pans. Our High Limit stats are set into our front control panel away from heat and provide consistent safe measures, without having the worry your fryer keeps cutting out during service!
What’s more, with our high specification 30 mm insulated pans, you’ll experience much increased heat retention and efficiency. Our fryers are highly economical to run and offer significant savings.
The ranges have top quality components and all safety aspects are fully compatible with UKCA requirements.
